Our female chemist and product co-developer is passionate about aesthetic facial products and has years of experience with beauty products. For best results apply the lip plumper to a clean dry lip, staying within the natural lip line.

Tiny microspheres carry the active ingredient which break upon application to the lips. The active ingredients work to increase blood circulation to the lips causing them to swell. The broken microspheres fill up again by pulling in moisture from the air, continuing to increase volume to the lip tissue as well as maintaining the plumping effect.

You will feel it working almost immediately and see results in about 15 minutes.

You will feel an almost immediate tingling and heated sensation to your lip which can feel fairly strong your first time using it.

We have tested it up to twice a day.

You should see a softer more volumized lip in about 15 minutes. However, everyone does vary in both their result and the amount of time it takes to see the plumping effect.

Yes! We suggest waiting 15 minutes for the plumper to work and dabbing off the remaining gloss before applying lipstick over the top.

We suggest about 3 months once its open, because of the risk of transferring bacteria back and forth from your lips into the tube. However, the shelf life is safe up to 2 years from the date of manufacture.

This will greatly vary based on how much the product is used, if you use it twice a day you could likely have it last 2-3 months.

One of our included ingredients Volulip™️ has been clinically studied over a 30 day period. The results showed 101% increase in Hyaluronic Acid and lip shape improvement of surface and volume of 8% and 15% respectively. We have not studied long-term benefits of our Hydrating Lip Plumper in Clear Gloss.

We have not tested our product with pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Our ingredient matrix including Hyaluronic Acid, almond and sunflower seed oils, and silk amino acids is formulated to keep your lips as hydrated as possible while still giving you the ultimate plump. However, with continued regular use your lips can become dry if not moisturized on a regular basis just as they could without the use of a lip plumper. We suggest using a petrolatum jelly, a simple chapstick or another lip moisturizer on a regular basis if you are using topical lip plumper daily.
