GENTLE HYDRA-GEL CLEANSER is a vegan non-foaming clean water gel that removes natural makeup, clarifies skin tone and gently cleans skin impurities without harsh surfactants, fragrances and chemicals. Developed with vegan powered actives for the most sensitive eyes and skin to reduce the appearance of inflammation, irritation, blemishes and dryness.

Not a cleanser

This did not what I think of as a cleanser - did not suds up any and did not remove makeup. Even most cleanser that aren't makeup removers do a fair job at it.
