IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

Though the irritation level of E N L I G T H E N™ is very minimal and significantly reduced compared to other medium depth chemical peels, it is common and expected that the skin will be sensitive, red, possibly itchy, irritated and discolored for several days after the procedure. Dryness and tightness are also normal In very occasional cases, some patients may experience a rash, swelling and burning. If this occurs, the patient should wash off the peeling solution immediately with cool water and a gentle facial cleanser to neutralize the peel. Use of the skin soothing product will also help reduce redness or irritation.

 Always call your doctor to get medical help right away if you experience significant problems any time after the procedure.
